For those who like to shop closer to home Dunn's Old Fashion Smoked Meat can be purchased at Costco and Metro Canada either in pouch or brisket formats.

Brisket Chunk Cooking Instructions.

For Best Results

Cut Brisket in half (across the width) to fit in Steamer basket.

Steam brisket until desired tenderness, fork should slide in easy.
Approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Slice Brisket length ways for serving (Cutting against the grain)

Can be served Hot or Cold.

Can be Frozen, let thaw overnight in Fridge.
