Contest limited to one entry per person per day. No purchase necessary. To enter by mail send to ‘Contest' c/o Dunn's Famous, 1249 Metcalfe, Montreal, Quebec, H9P 1B7. Contest starts at 11:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("EST") on January 01, 2006, and ends midnight EST on March 31, 2006). Notification of contest closing will be posted on our website at <http://www.dunnsfamous.com/>. There is one (1) Grand Prize won from all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
To enter and to be eligible to win, a person must be a legal resident of Canada, and be over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of entry. Employees of Dunns Famous, its agents, affiliates, promotional and advertising agencies ("Sponsor and Related Companies"), and such employees' parents, siblings, cohabitants and children, are ineligible to enter.
2. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of 52 (fifty-two) twenty-five dollar ($25) gift cards.
3. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold or transferred, and are not convertible to cash. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Prizes, in whole or in part, in the event that all or any component of the Prizes are unavailable.
On or after MArch 31, 2006 at approximately 1:00 p.m. ET, a random draw will take place at Dunn's Famous in Montreal, Quebec from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Dunn's Famous will attempt to contact the potential winner by e-mail within 2 business days after the draw. Proof of identification must be provided upon request.
The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
In order to be declared a winner, the potential Grand Prize winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill testing question, must reply to the Notification Email, correctly answering the enclosed mathematical skill testing question, within ten (10) business days. Dunn's Famous assumes no liability for loss or incomplete transmission of any Notification Emails or replies.
Before being awarded a prize, potential winner:
a. will be required to sign a declaration and release form, or in the case of Notification Email indicate their assent, stating that he/she has read, understood and complied with these official contest rules, grants all consents required as contemplated in these contest rules, authorizes Dunn's Famous to publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes in relation to the promotion of Dunn's Famous Restaurant · Restaurant brand at no additional compensation to the potential winner, beyond the awarding of the prize,
b. accept the prize as offered, and
c. release the Sponsor and Related Companies from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner's participation in this contest and receipt and use of the prize. In the event that a potential winner is not eligible, cannot be contacted by Dunn's Famous within two (2) business days following the draw, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question within the time limit, does not sign and return the release or give his/her assent within the specified time Dunn's Famous shall have the right to disqualify that potential winner, and to draw an alternate potential winner, and the Sponsor and Related Companies shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner has been duly selected.
4. By entering this contest the entrants automatically agree to accept and abide by these contest rules. All decisions of Dunn's Famous with respect to any aspect of this contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this contest.
5. All entries become the property of Dunn's Famous, and Dunn's Famous assumes no responsibility for lost, late, delayed or destroyed entry ballots or any computer errors or malfunctions. No correspondence will be entered into except with contestants requesting contest rules by mail or requesting a list of prize winners (for which a self-addressed, postage paid envelope must be included). Sponsor and Related Companies are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Bulk drop-offs or mechanical reproductions or facsimile entries, as well as entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. If for any reason, in the opinion of Dunn's Famous, in its sole discretion, the contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control, Dunn's Famous reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the contest, and select a winner from previously received eligible entries. Dunn's Famous reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules or otherwise in a disruptive manner. Dunn's Famous reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the contest. Any attempts to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Dunn's Famous reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution. Dunn's Famous shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the contest, including any damage to an entrant's computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of their participation in this contest or from downloading any material from the contest web site.
6. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by Prime Restaurants for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this contest. Dunn's Famous will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Contest.
