MARKETING

As part of its ongoing marketing programs, Dunn’s Famous will continually seek out opportunities that reach the widest audience, create a strong market presence for the brand, build awareness of local offerings and drive additional store traffic.
Dunn’s Famous will provide franchisees with widespread promotional support at the local level. We will work directly with your store manager to drive local business and develop specialised programs designed to increase awareness of your store.

You will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of marketing events and promotions that include:

Product placement at local recreational venues
Cross couponing programs

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Dunn’s Famous believes that comprehensive training of management teams is essential for the consistent delivery of quality products and services. Our operation manual and guidelines will provide the information that will enable you to thoroughly know, operate and grow your business.

A dunn’s Famous representative will be in the store for two weeks prior to the opening and remain for two weeks after the grand opening.
The franchisee will go through an in store 6-8 week training program that will cover brand and managerial courses.

The training program will enable you to provide the training necessary for the delivery of the Dunn’s Famous brand to your customers.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

Dunn’s Famous will provide the franchisee with assistance in the following areas:
Planification from A-Z for the store opening.
Interior/Exterior layout and design.
The construction of the store.
Equipment and sign purchasing.
Installation of equipment and signage

As a Dunn’s Famous franchisee you will benefit from value added expertise that insures not only efficiency in design and equipment, but also ease in decision making throughout the store design process.

SITE SELECTION

Dunn’s Famous is committed to assisting franchisees with the selection of strong sites that contribute to the success of the brand. We will approve only those sites that have the potential to provide franchisees with the opportunity to build their business by maximising traffic and sales volume.

Dunn’s Famous will assist and support franchisees in the negotiation of all leases. Our team has years of experience and has the expertise to make sure that the lease meets the financial and legal criteria for the short and long-term.
