For those who like to shop closer to home Dunn's Old Fashion Smoked Meat can be purchased at Costco and Metro Canada either in pouch or brisket formats.
Applications:
Sandwich – Chopped on Pizza or Pasta – Cold on Salads – As a breakfast meat.
- 1Cut Brisket in half (across the width) to fit in Steamer basket.
- 2Steam brisket until desired tenderness, fork should slide in easy. Approximately 3 to 4 hours.
- 3Slice Brisket length ways for serving (Cutting against the grain) Can be served Hot or Cold.
- 4Can be Frozen, let thaw overnight in Fridge.
